Here are some answers to common questions regarding the 'soft reopening' of our street access stores, as of Tuesday May 19th, 2020. 


Can I just walk into the store?

Although we normally welcome walk-ins, during this time we highly recommend booking an appointment. We are following strict guidelines of social distancing to keep you safe, and also for the safety of our employees. Depending on the size of the store, potentially only 1-3 people are permitted inside the store at any given time. If you call ahead and make an appointment, this will guarantee that a store employee will be available to assist you, and that you will not have to wait outside until it is safe to enter. What are you doing to keep us safe? 

Our employees are required to wear masks and gloves at ALL times. Employees are constantly sanitizing surfaces and high-traffic areas like door handles, counter tops, credit/debit machines, etc. Employees will also be disinfecting or replacing their gloves after contact with each customer. 

After items have been tried on and/or touched, they will be steamed to be disinfected.


What do I have to do to keep myself safe when entering your store?

Upon entry of the store, customers will be required to be wearing a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one. You will also be required to sanitize your hands, even if you are wearing gloves. We will have a sanitizing station near the front entry of each store. 


Is there anything else I need to know?

Currently, fitting rooms with curtains are not allowed to be used. The curtains will have to remain open and tied back, and are not to be touched by anyone, including our employees. This is another reason why it is a good idea to make an appointment, so you can ensure your privacy while trying on items in the fitting room.
