Returns can be accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided you have a Return Authorization # and the items are in their ORIGINAL CONDITION (unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached).

Once we receive the item(s) at our Head Office [with all the tag(s) still attached and in unworn and unwashed condition], we will process a refund for the returned unit(s), less a 15% restocking fee, within 2-5 business days to your original form of payment.
Once we receive the item(s) at our Head Office [with all the tag(s) still attached and in unworn and unwashed condition], we will provide you with a discount code for the full amount which can be applied to your next order and will be valid for 6 months. You should receive the coupon code within 2-5 business days of us receiving your return.
In the event you would like to exchange (a regular-priced and non-gusseted item) for a different size or style, the restocking fee does not apply.
Online returns and exchanges cannot be processed in-store and will not be accepted without a Return Authorization # which we provided to you.
Exchanges or store credits will be issued within 10 days of purchase. Store credits are valid for one year only and cannot be reissued. No refunds.
