RETURN POLICY
Discounts and/or purchases made during a promotion; gusseted products such as panties, bodysuits, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, etc.; prostheses and all adhesive products are always a FINAL SALE.
Exchanges and Returns may be accepted within 10 days of delivery, and require a Return Authorization # provided to you by our Head Office.
You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item(s) back to us.
Once we receive the item(s) at our Head Office [with all the tag(s) still attached and in unworn and unwashed condition], we will process a refund for the returned unit(s), less a 15% restocking fee* to your original form of payment, within 2-5 business days.
*The restocking fee does not apply if you are exchanging for something else.
OR
We will email you a Gift Card for online use which will act as your credit note, for the full amount of the products purchased. We do not refund shipping charges.
