RETURN POLICY
Discounts and/or purchases made during a promotion; gusseted products such as panties, bodysuits, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, etc.; prostheses and all adhesive products are always a FINAL SALE.
Exchanges and Returns may be accepted within 10 days of delivery, and require a Return Authorization # provided to you by our Head Office.
You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item(s) back to us.
Once we receive the item(s) at our Head Office [with all the tag(s) still attached and in unworn and unwashed condition], we will process a refund for the returned unit(s), less a 15% restocking fee* to your original form of payment, within 2-5 business days. We do not refund shipping charges.
*The restocking fee does not apply if you are exchanging for something else.
OR
We will email you a Gift Card for online use which will act as your credit note, for the full amount of the products purchased. We do not refund shipping charges. Gift cards issued online may only be used online, they cannot be used in-store.
