- A non-padded bra or no bra
- A mirror or helper for best results
✅ Step-by-Step Fitting Instructions
1. Measure Your Band Size in Inches
- Wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage, then bring it up to the top of the breasts/chest (as shown in the video)
- Keep it snug, then round to the nearest whole number → this is your band size.
2. Measure Your Bust Size
- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust (usually across the nipples).
- Keep it level and not too tight (not as tight as the 1st measurement).
- Round to the nearest inch → this is your bust measurement.
3. Find Your Cup Size
- Subtract your band size from your bust size.
- Each inch of difference equals one cup size:
