Amoena's most popular camisole top was the first to feature an integrated built-in mastectomy shelf bra with modal pockets and remains at the heart of the Amoena Leisure collection.

3. After you have been provided a Return Authorization #, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive the item(s) at our Head Office [with all the tag(s) still attached and in unworn and unwashed condition], we will process a refund for the returned unit(s), less a 15% restocking fee to your original form of payment, within 2-5 business days. 

OR

Once we receive the item(s) at our Head Office [with all the tag(s) still attached and in unworn and unwashed condition], we will provide you with an online credit note for the full amount. The online credit note is non-transferable, has no cash value and can ONLY be used toward online orders; and will be valid for 6 months after the date of issue. You should receive the online credit note to your email address within 2-5 business days of us receiving your return.

In the event you would like to exchange (a regular-priced, in-stock and non-gusseted item) for a different size or style, the restocking fee does not apply. 

Online returns and exchanges cannot be processed in-store and will not be accepted without a Return Authorization # which we provide to you.

In-store Purchases
Exchanges or store credits will be issued within 10 days of purchase. Store credits are valid for one year only and cannot be reissued. No refunds.

Customer Service

Pre-orders: usually take 1-2 weeks for us to receive, but may take longer based on the vendor's availability and shipping country. We will update you via email regarding any further delays.

All other orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing/shipping after you place your order. You will be advised of any further delays via email.

Pickup Orders:
You will only receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
Please do not attempt to pickup your order unless you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup.
All pickups are from our 1925A Avenue Road store location, Monday - Saturday from 10:00am - 4:30pm, only after you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada):
We offer FREE SHIPPING within Ontario on all orders over $150 CAD. All other orders will be charged a $15 CAD* flat rate.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada on all orders over $350 CAD. All other orders will be charged a $25 CAD* flat rate.

North America Shipping (USA):
We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA on all orders over ~ $350 USD** (converted from Canadian ~$500 CAD). All other orders will be charged a $45 CAD* flat rate. All other orders will be charged a $45 CAD* flat rate. 

This shipping rate may be subject to additional fees, based on the weight and size of the shipment.

Your order may be subject to import duties or tariffs upon arrival in the USA. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may reflect recent changes in cross-border trade regulations.

Outside North America Shipping (International):
There is a $85 CAD* flat rate fee for all international orders.
This International shipping rate may be subject to additional fees, based on the weight and size of the shipment.


(Local taxes and duties may be charged upon delivery, as required by your country's customs - unfortunately, these are outside of our control).

*Linea Intima has the right to modify any shipping charges and rates without notice.

**Linea Intima default shop currency = $ Canadian Dollar (CAD), therefore, the free shipping threshold is to be met in CAD prices. Your order total is converted to USD currency based on the current conversion rate, so the free shipping threshold to meet in USD is not a finite amount for this reason. Shipments valued at $500 CAD or more may require a signature upon delivery. A signature upon delivery ensures the package has been accepted by someone at your address. If no one is home to accept and sign for the package - a pickup slip will be left with instructions on how to claim your package.

If you would prefer to have your order shipped without a delivery signature (regardless of the $ value), please send an email request to sales@lineaintima.ca. If you do request for delivery without a signature - Linea Intima assumes no responsibility if the package is lost or stolen

Online Purchases

*No exchanges/returns/credit notes for any discounted product(s) and/or purchase(s) made during a promotion. Any products with a gusset such as panties, bodysuits, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, etc. are always a FINAL SALE. Select items offered for pre-order are final sale if we do not stock them in stores. All prostheses and all adhesive products are a final sale.

Exchanges and Returns may be accepted within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges/Returns will not be processed or accepted unless you have a Return Authorization # provided to you and the non-gusseted items are in their ORIGINAL CONDITION (unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached).
