The Linea Intima Comfort Project in Support of Nurses

I have been in love with lingerie my whole life and have always preached the power of beautiful undergarments - to both improve your well-being and boost your overall mood.

I’m asking (no, I’m actually begging) you to help me provide ‘thank you lingerie gift bags’ to our dedicated, brave and hardworking nurses during this unprecedented pandemic.

I wish I could take credit for this idea, but in the sake of transparency, I can tell you it came from Larisa Olson of Chantilly Lace in Wilmette, Illinois. She started a “gift a nurse” program 3 weeks ago and I spoke to her on Friday and learned she has already delivered 350 bags!

Here’s my plan for Linea Intima’s Comfort Project in Support of Nurses.

We will organize beautiful gift bags containing either a pair PJs, nightgown, bralette, panties or beautiful French self-care (leave it to us to choose wisely).

The gift bags will be valued between $130 to $180 with the size (S to XL) marked on the outside of the bag.

Linea Intima will deliver them to ER head nurses/departments who will distribute them to selected nurses in that hospital.  

Here’s where you come in!

We’ve created a special link on our Linea Intima website where you can make a donation of $75 to help make these gift bags possible.

A special letter will be attached to the outside of the bag with your first name and last name initial, plus any information or personal message you would like to include. We will also send you a picture of your bag if you want us to.

In these unprecedented times it is challenging to stay home in order to fight this virus that affects us all. We can only imagine how difficult it is for all of the nurses who put themselves on the frontline like brave soldiers in war zones day in and day out.

Please help me provide them with a little comfort and support. In fact let’s challenge ourselves to beat Chantilly Lace’s number of 350 bags – I’m up to the challenge, are you?

Return Policy

*Only regular-priced, in-stock items which do not have a gusset may be exchanged or returned. Select items offered for pre-order are final sale if we do not stock them in stores. All discounted items, all gusseted items such as panties, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery - are always a final sale.

Exchanges/Returns will not be processed or accepted unless you have a Return Authorization # provided to you and the non-gusseted items are in their ORIGINAL CONDITION (unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached).

How do I start an exchange or a return for an online order?

1. Review the table below to determine if your purchase qualifies for an exchange or a return:

MAY be exchanged or returned if all criteria below is met CANNOT be exchanged or returned (FINAL SALE)
Any item which does not have a gusset  Any item with a gusset (panties, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery)
Purchased at regular price  Any purchases with a discount
Started the exchange/return process within 10 days of delivery 10 days after delivery

 

2. If your item(s) meet all the criteria, please send an email to: sales@lineaintima.ca to request a Return Authorization # or for more information.

3. After you have been provided a Return Authorization #, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive the item(s) at our Head Office [with all the tag(s) still attached and in unworn and unwashed condition], we will process a refund for the returned unit(s), less a 15% restocking fee to your original form of payment, within 2-5 business days.

OR

Once we receive the item(s) at our Head Office [with all the tag(s) still attached and in unworn and unwashed condition], we will provide you with an online credit note for the full amount. The online credit note is non-transferable, has no cash value and can ONLY be used toward online orders; and will be valid for 6 months after the date of issue. You should receive the online credit note to your email address within 2-5 business days of us receiving your return.

In the event you would like to exchange (a regular-priced, in-stock and non-gusseted item) for a different size or style, the restocking fee does not apply. 

Online returns and exchanges cannot be processed in-store and will not be accepted without a Return Authorization # which we provide to you.

In-store Purchases

Exchanges or store credits will be issued within 10 days of purchase. Store credits are valid for one year only and cannot be reissued. No refunds.

Shipping

Please allow for 7-10 business days for shipping after you place your order. You will be advised of any delays.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada): 
We offer FREE SHIPPING within Ontario on all orders over $100. All other orders will be charged a $10* flat rate.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada on all orders over $250. All other orders will be charged a $15* flat rate.

North America Shipping (USA):
There is a $35* flat rate fee for all orders to the United States. (Local duties and taxes may apply). This shipping rate may be subject to additional fees, based on the weight and size of the shipment.

Outside North America Shipping (International):
There is a $85* flat rate fee for all international orders. (Local duties and taxes may apply). This International rate may be subject to additional fees, based on the weight and size of the shipment.
